Rent a Room Fast

Smartmoverooms only require two forms of ID. Once you have your ID, our simple Licence to Occupy can be signed, fee paid and all completed with in 1 hour from start to finish. Our payment office is located at 10 Dolphin Lane, Boston PE216EU. Please call one of our agents to book a viewing or call at our offices where all our empty rooms can be viewed on our you tube channel.

Your Safety is Our Main Concern

Smartmoverooms take your safety very seriously. All our properties have fully install LLD2 Fire Detection Systems and Emergency Lighting all designed by professional installers, that are checked weekly.

Along with other fire precautions including Security Locking Fire Doors and a strict risk assessment carried out by trained staff, you are in safe hands.
